INTERVIEW REVIEW

In our last ppd session we reviewed how to face an interview. Also we had to practice it with our friends. We divided three groups with five members each group. There were three members in interview panel and other two were interviewers. We learnt extra things through that.




We must speak little bit louder.
 Because, if interview panel can not hear ,it might be a cause miss our opportunity.We must keep our hand on the table.If not they can think we are nervous. Also we can use our hands when we talking.If we have any project can show panel, we should take them.Then we can collect extra points. We try to impress them when we present our projects.


I think, we had good practice. We will try to allocate our space in the world...........

This task we got from our ppd madam. Ooo.......It is very nice activity. Because we had
enjoy well. We divided two groups with seven members for each group.

Cake piece


TASK:

Cut a cake piece for eight triangles with three moves using thread.

STRATEGY:

Cake cube cut to two cube pieces. Then each piece cut to four triangles.







We could identify the strategy quickly and we did it. Also we could collect some
skills. We could build communication language. Because there were three Tamil team members in our team. So we should communicate with them. Also we could take decisions fast. That is very important thing for our life. Also we ate a very taste cake.


I wish ,if we can get these type tasks everyday......

Normally I do not get selfies. Because, I do not like take photos. Why I feel like that.I recognize it this PPD session. Can you guess how I recognize it from PPD session. Madam asked that what I feel. Oh! I watched my photo again and again. I thought "I am so pretty". It was the my first idea about my photo. Then I thought why I think like that. Then I recognized , my feelings says I am not beautiful and not pretty.So I do not allure to take photos....

SELF EXPERTISE

                                          Self Expertise Every human has a expertise of at least one field.Someone has several expertise in several areas.I am expert of watching television. I can watch any type of movies like horror,comedy, Sinhala , Tamil, English.  We were separated for four groups and there were five and six members for each group.Then we have to introduce a product that combine three expertise areas in one group.Our team decided to combine hand made things,reading and ridding motor bikes.We introduced a eye glass cover.But it was not really a good combination of those three expertise areas. Last PPD session Sarasi madam demonstrated us how to write a CV. First we should know why we want a CV. CV is represent our works and qualifications. We are in competitive world. So everyone try to pass others. So CV is a main tool use for compete with others. If it is a good CV then we may get opportunity. Therefore CV is a main bullet point of our profession. First we must introduce our selves. That means we must include our name, address, available contact number and our photo. There are some important points when we include a photo. If you do not like to insert a photo to CV it is not a big deal. But if you add one it can represent your personality before you meet. Also we have to choose correct type of photo.
