                               ...........INTERVIEW........... In our last ppd session we reviewed how to face an interview. Also we had to practice it with our friends. We divided three groups with five members each group. There were three members in interview panel and other two were interviewers. We learnt extra things through that. We must speak little bit louder. We must keep our hand on the table. If we have any project can show panel, we should take them. I think, ewe had good practice. We will try to allocate our space in the world..........

We enrolled PPD sessions from 2017. Now we are in end of 2018. If we look past , we can collect lot of memories during our PPD sessions. if anyone ask what is PPD, I says it's my personal progress development tool. Because, I could achieve some goals from it.              I started a blog.             I post blogs after sessions.             I try to type correct and nice English an so on. We can participate some amazing activities in 2017 trough PPD session. Trincomalee navy camp trip was my one of favorite activity. Also there was some funny activities. Last PPD session Sarasi madam demonstrated us how to write a CV. First we should know why we want a CV. CV is represent our works and qualifications. We are in competitive world. So everyone try to pass others. So CV is a main tool use for compete with others. If it is a good CV then we may get opportunity. Therefore CV is a main bullet point of our profession. First we must introduce our selves. That means we must include our name, address, available contact number and our photo. There are some important points when we include a photo. If you do not like to insert a photo to CV it is not a big deal. But if you add one it can represent your personality before you meet. Also we have to choose correct type of photo. Because, if use normal selfie, fancy photos it represent bad view of you. It is not professional. First We should start to market our selves using this photo. Then we can include our qualifications.                        Everyone want a guide for life. Most probably it's our parents. But day to day life we have to trust other people also. Because, we work with them. So, we have to choose correct people and correct ideas that we are guide.                                           Last PPD session we had a very nice activity. We have to chose a partner and follow his or her guidance to reach the final destination with cover our eyes. It was very amazing. Because, we play this with our friends. It was so cool. This game we had to trust another people. If my partner guide me wrong then I failed. Also I guide my partner wrong he or she failed. So this is a good game to practice how to trust others and how to guide others without fails. So trust others. But not blind............

Normally I do not get selfies. Because, I do not like take photos. Why I feel like that.I recognize it this PPD session. Can you guess how I recognize it from PPD session. Our last PPD session about self reflection.                                     What is self reflection?                                    Is it a simple thing? No. Self reflection is who am I and how people identify me. It  is a heavy meaning thing. Last PPD session our madam asked us to take a selfie and watch it. I took a photo. I watched it. Madam asked that what I feel. Oh! I watched my photo again and again. I thought "I am so pretty". It was the my first idea about my photo. Then I thought why I think like that. Then I recognized , my feelings says I am not beautiful and not pretty.So I do not allure to take photos....

                                          Self Expertise Every human has a expertise of at least one field.Someone has several expertise in several areas.I am expert of watching television. I can watch any type of movies like horror,comedy, Sinhala , Tamil, English.  We were separated for four groups and there were five and six members for each group.Then we have to introduce a product that combine three expertise areas in one group.Our team decided to combine hand made things,reading and ridding motor bikes.We introduced a eye glass cover.But it was not really a good combination of those three expertise areas.                                             Fly to WSO2 We had a great experience at last 12 th of September at WSO2. We went by train to Then we reached WSO2. We entered it and it is a big company. We had a workshop at it. Our workshop started at 9.00 A.M. Its mainly talked about Technical Writing. We must consider about quality of a writing when we write.There are ways of quality. Accurate Spellings Grammar Punctuation Also, we have to think about audience , simple and clear , multimedia and stay on topic for good writing. Technical writer is not just a writer. Because technical writer has to think about more things in technical writing.Soft skills are very important. English skills Learn new domains There were some funny games to play us.We had to create a technical writing and found a thing that try others hide.It was a very interesting item....

                        FANTASY WORLD COMING TRUE We all are like to live in fantasy world.I also dreamed to live in a fantasy world.There are many unbelievable things in fantasy world. But we can reach that unbelievable things easily through modern technology.We had a amazing workshop about "EMERGING TECHNOLOGY TRENDS" by Mr.Srinath Perera VP Research at WSO2 at lasth 3rd of July. He gave various type of knowledg about technology.We could get good understand about  Current Technologies Emerging Technologies He talked about  APIs Analytics & AI IOT BOTS that are related to the current technologies. Also we can use our hands when we talking.If we have any project can show panel, we should take them.Then we can collect extra points. We try to impress them when we present our projects.  ........TRY TO ALLOCATE YOUR SPACE IN WORLD.........                     If we ask a question from small school guy about their future ambitions they tell it easily. But we ask the same question from university student it might be change. Because small child has not any sense about job field. But we have. So we all are try to complete our degrees and try develop our academic things only. But those are not enough to get a job. Because, if we have super qualifications related to our degree, we also want to face an interviews. If we pass the interview then we can achieve our job targets. Then the most important thing is facing  an interview well. How we will do that? (01)We must search about company what we apply....            First thing is applying correct job.                           LETS WE CREATE A STORY   In our last week personal progress development session we made nice story with our friends. First we divided by three groups.There were six or seven members in each group. Everyone should stand without looking the board. Then one by one went to the board and wrote a word. Everyone tried to create a nice story.   There were a small pattern to understand. That was each group member should try to build a story depend on previous word. I t was very challenging. Also it should be grammatically correct and correct    spellings. We all were try to create a better story in the class. In this activity we should able to build up our communication skills, proper English writing and how think different. So I learnt more things in this activity. I will try to build up my English communication skills and proper grammar skills......................

                           LIFE   FLY AS A ROCKET   We gathered to A11 207 lecture hall for our this week ppd session last 01 of june. There were few students came for ppd session that day. Our Sarasi madam gave us a very interesting task, which we could go to our childhood .I think it was amazing experience ,which I did with my University friends.                 We grouped for 2 teams. Then we received some papers. Our task was   creating maximum number of   paper Rockets. There were eight and nine members in groups. After creating paper Rockets   we got a another task   link with this task. We had to send those created Rockets to   given distance. The winner was who send the maximum number of Rockets through the given distance.                        ...
