 We got a amazing experience in last PPD session.
We divided for three groups. There are 08 members in each group. Then we had two tasks to do.

                                                      1.Standing on the paper.
                                                      2.Lawa river.

   1.STANDING ON THE PAPER.


                              We got a paper to stand all of our group members  together. Then we stand on the paper in our first level properly. Then we bend the paper to half of it. Then we all were stand on it again. But other two teams couldn't achieve that task. After that we had to bend again it to half. But anyone couldn't stand on that. So, we won that game.

  It's a wonderful task for us. Because, we had many experiences of it.

            1.How to get decision quickly.
            2.How to communicate with others.
            3.How to respect others ideas.

 These are the benefits I had in this session.

   2.LAWA RIVER.


                            There was a mind river on the stage. Also we got 04 sheets for travel through this river. We could use those sheets to go through river, but we couldn't leave it without a human touch.. If we left it we lost our sheet. So, we started our travel. But we lost our 04 sheets. Then we couldn't go through the Lawa river. But some of my friends could achieve this task nicely.

           1.Everyone try to give better ideas.
           2.Think different.
           3.Respect other ideas.
           4.Work as one.
 We learn those things in Lawa river task.


        Whatever form the group work takes on our course, the opportunity to works with others, rather than on our own, can provide distinct benefits.
Those group works,

           1.Increased productivity and performance.
           2.Skills development.
           3.Kknowing more about ourselves.

Normally I do not get selfies. Because, I do not like take photos. Why I feel like that.I recognize it this PPD session. Can you guess how I recognize it from PPD session. Our last PPD session about self reflection.                                     What is self reflection?                                    Is it a simple thing? No. Self reflection is who am I and how people identify me. It  is a heavy meaning thing. Last PPD session our madam asked us to take a selfie and watch it. I took a photo. I watched it. Madam asked that what I feel. Oh! I watched my photo again and again. I thought "I am so pretty". It was the my first idea about my photo. Then I thought why I think like that. Then I recognized , my feelings says I am not beautiful and not pretty.So I do not allure to take photos....

SELF EXPERTISE

                                          Self Expertise Every human has a expertise of at least one field.Someone has several expertise in several areas.I am expert of watching television. I can watch any type of movies like horror,comedy, Sinhala , Tamil, English.  We were separated for four groups and there were five and six members for each group.Then we have to introduce a product that combine three expertise areas in one group.Our team decided to combine hand made things,reading and ridding motor bikes.We introduced a eye glass cover.But it was not really a good combination of those three expertise areas. Last PPD session Sarasi madam demonstrated us how to write a CV. First we should know why we want a CV. CV is represent our works and qualifications. We are in competitive world. So everyone try to pass others. So CV is a main tool use for compete with others. If it is a good CV then we may get opportunity. Therefore CV is a main bullet point of our profession. First we must introduce our selves. That means we must include our name, address, available contact number and our photo. There are some important points when we include a photo. If you do not like to insert a photo to CV it is not a big deal. But if you add one it can represent your personality before you meet. Also we have to choose correct type of photo. Because, if use normal selfie, fancy photos it represent bad view of you. It is not professional. First We should start to market our selves using this photo. Then we can include our qualifications.
